Terms & Conditions
Non refundable, Transferable on request. Gift Card is electronic. Each card has its own unique redemption code. Must purchase in recipients’ name
Cannot be exchanged for cash. No replacement if Gift Card is lost or stolen. New bookings only. One Gift Card can be used per booking Clients must provide the redemption codes
Can be combined with structural promotions. Cannot be combined with Customer Relations credit or other vouchers (eg, referral program vouchers)
Once Gift Card is applied into a new booking, if there is a remaining balance, the unused Gift Card balance is valid until the Gift Card expiry
If a booking is cancelled and a refund is available under the standard booking Terms and Conditions, any refund will be issued in the form of credit
