I am acting on behalf of all passengers in my travelling party.
I understand supplier cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced and that a cancellation fee will also be charged by East Ivanhoe Travel & Cruise. I also understand a refund will only be provided once all funds are credited back to East Ivanhoe Travel & Cruise from the suppliers involved and this can take up to 10 weeks from date of cancellation.
I understand that any travel insurance claims I make will be approved solely at the discretion of my travel insurance provider based on the policy wording. I understand that if I have chosen to take out an insurance policy privately, East Ivanhoe Travel & Cruise reserves the right to charge a service fee (minimum $250) to compile a cancellation invoice depending on the complexity and time taken to collate the necessary information.
