Gift Card Terms & Conditions Australia & New Zealand 1. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 2. The value of the bonus 10% credit is calculated on the value of the Gift Card only ($500, $1000, $2000). 3. Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed via the Australian & New Zealand Club Med call centre or via your local travel agent. The purchase and redemption of Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online. Gift Cards can be redeemed via your local travel agent on Club Med bookings only. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on bookings which have already been paid in full. 4. Gift Cards can be redeemed for new bookings only. To qualify as a new booking, the booking must not be (a) associated with any previous booking, or (b) an amended previous booking, and shall not be paid in full or in part using a future travel credit or transfer of payment from a previous booking. 5. Gift Cards can be redeemed on all Club Med resorts. There is no restriction on the destination, travel dates or minimum stay (subject to resorts minimum stay requirements) and are subject to availability. 6. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or cannot be used in resort as cash. Gift Cards cannot be combined with other vouchers or credits such as Club Meds referral program voucher, customer relations credit etc 7. For security purposes, the gift card redemption code must be provided at the time of booking. 8. Only one Gift Card can be used per booking 9. Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with structural promotion. 10. Gift Cards can be used as a form of payment for Club Med holidays including accommodation, pre-bookable services, for example, petit/baby club, airport transfer, spas, etc, and air tickets when booked via the Club Med call centre. 11. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed, any unused balance will be issued as a credit and can be used for future bookings when booked via the call centre. This credit will be valid until the expiry date shown on the Gift Card. If the booking value is higher than the Gift Card value, the outstanding balance must be paid at the time of booking as per the standard terms and conditions. 12. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed, if a booking is cancelled and a refund is available under the standard booking Terms and Conditions, any refund will be issued in the form of credit, valid until the expiry date shown on the Gift Card. 13. Club Med reserves the right not to honor any Gift Card or otherwise limit the use of a Gift Card if we reasonably believe that the purchase, transmission, redemption and/or use of such card is improper, unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. 14. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. 15. Club Med reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
