For the safety of staff and clients (and as ordered by the State Government) we have temporarily closed our office and all consultants are working remotely.
Whilst staff may be working reduced hours and be assured that all clients will still receive the level of service that they expect and deserve.
Refunds and Credits are still taking quite some time to come back to us in most cases.
Bear with us, we are here and will help in whatever way we can.
When this COVID-19 emergency is over we will return to a more normal situation and we will update you as needed.
