After yesterdays announcement by the Victorian Government we have made the decision for all our staff to work from home until further notice.
The health and safety of you and our staff is paramount.

Consultants are available on their respective emails during normal hours and have out of office replies on for emergency contact details. If you dont have your consultants specific email please email email@example.com and we will forward on for you.
Whilst we personally have most of our clients home now, the rest of the industry are still working tirelessly to get stranded passengers home. As you can understand that takes priority at this time so some suppliers/airlines are still very slow at getting back to us and some wont even take a call at the moment.
Please rest assured we are continuing to contact everyone in departure date order and are processing your email enquiries as quickly as possible whilst deciphering the ever changing policies from airlines and suppliers as they come to hand.
We will try to be as regular as we can with these updates and ensure to keep them brief and to the point.
