Save the date! Exciting PONANT event coming to Melbourne in March.
This event is not to be missed, as our guest presenter will be PONANT Head of Expeditions, Nicolas Dubreuil. Nicolas will update you on our Sustainability efforts (we now offset our carbon by 150% among a raft of other initiatives), Le Commandant Charcot, and of course his adventures to some of the most remote places on the planet.
Nicolas’ first expedition was from Vancouver to Anchorage at the age of 18. Since then, he has been spending more than eight months of each year near the poles, which he has travelled across by ship, kayak, on skis, on a sleigh, on foot, and under water. From Alaska to South Georgia, via Nunavut, Spitsbergen, Siberia, Iceland, the Antarctic Peninsula and Greenland, he accompanies and guides expeditions for athletes, scientists, film crews and the mobility-impaired. Nicolas Dubreuil has been a PONANT expedition leader, guide and ethnologist for 12 years.
Join Nicolas and the team at our PONANT Explorer Series to discover the world of luxury expeditions and small ship cruising, and to learn about a travel experience that is simultaneously authentic and sophisticated. We look forward to seeing you at Kooyong!
