The Private Jet Experience
What type of aircraft do we use?
A Boeing 737-500, with a 3-3 seat configuration. We have a maximum of 98 passengers per tour and 2 tour directors.
What is the luggage allowance?
We allow the standard 20kg per person. If guests are travelling in business class, we understand they may have more than 20kg.
Will there be seat rotation onboard the aircraft?
Unlike APT’s Australia and New Zealand itineraries, they do not do ‘Fly Overs,’ or ‘Figure 8’s’ over prominent landmarks. (Due to higher levels of flight traffic and defined routes in Europe.) Therefore, they do not have a seat rotation policy in place. If guests have a seat preference, please advise at the time of booking.
Is food & drink served on board?
The majority of flights are under 2 hours and include a snack (such as a sandwich), non-alcoholic beverages and a welcome drink upon arrival on the aircraft (sparkling wine, juice etc.) For longer flights, a hot meal will be served plus beer, wine or soft drink/juice.
What happens at the airport?
Where possible APT will transfer luggage to the terminal in advance, or directly from the hotel to the aircraft. Fast track services are included at each terminal to decrease time spent in transit.
